- Inspect all caulked joints annually and repair as needed. For coastal areas, inspect caulked joints more often.
- Clean glass with a quality window glass cleaner or mild soap and water.
- Clean vinyl surfaces, exterior or interior, with a sponge, mild soap and water.
- Never use a garden hose or high pressure sprayer to clean your windows.
- Do not clean exterior wall surfaces, such as brick, with any type of muriatic acid.
- Do not apply tinting coatings or film to the glass.
